Dietary Aid Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Mount Airy Nursing and Rehab, one of the nation's largest providers of post-acute care, as a Dietary Aid. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to assist with kitchen duties and lead our team to success. Responsibilities:
Assist the cook in all kitchen duties, ensuring seamless food preparation and service Lead your team to success, promoting a positive and productive work environment Maintain compliance with dietary standards and regulations Communicate effectively with all staff, customers, and families, ensuring excellent customer service Encourage staff to strive for excellence, setting a positive example
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred Must be 18 years of age or older
