Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Prepare food items efficiently following safety and quality standards, including handling ingredients and assembling orders Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and quickly Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve guest satisfaction by recommending popular or new products Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage cash handling duties responsibly, including cash register operations and basic math calculations for transactions Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Previous restaurant experience or working in the food industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided to develop culinary skills and food industry knowledge Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering great food and memorable experiences!
