Kitchen Staff/ 2nd Shift 1pm-8pm & Weekends

Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. As a vital part of our kitchen operations, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This role involves food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. If you have a passion for food and hospitality, we want to hear from you! Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed diligently. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. Assist with food handling and storage practices to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Support banquet services by preparing large quantities of food as needed. Bussing tables as necessary to maintain a clean dining area. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
