We are seeking a dedicated and experienced confectioner to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate works well both independently and alongside a team. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to produce exceptional edibles/candies in our confectioner kitchen are skills required for further consideration. Responsibilities Include:
Being punctual and staying in the kitchen for the full duration of each shift Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, mixing, pouring, and scraping ingredients Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes Handle and store ingredients following food safety and state compliance Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils Hit daily packaging quotas
Previous Qualifications:
Active ServSafe Certification is preferred Strong culinary skills and knowledge of candy making techniques Attention to detail in presentation, flavor, and consistency A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for culinary arts
