This position focuses on food preparation, kitchen operations, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and learn to prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards Prepare ingredients and maintain organized workstations Cut and portion meats safely and accurately Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Help maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment Track inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times Work efficiently with team members in a fast-paced kitchen environment Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen setting
