Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment in the food service industry. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the store, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with maintaining a tidy area for customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately while following company policies for cash handling. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math tasks. Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
