Duties Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to ensure food safety and hygiene Support food handling procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation practices Busing tables and clearing dishes promptly to facilitate efficient service flow Help with food plating and presentation to meet quality expectations Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen operations Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills Experience with banquet or hotel food service is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and serve customers Ability to handle food safely according to health regulations and standards Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays Passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating positive guest experiences Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
