Job Description
Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Kitchen/Inside Staff member, where your energy and dedication will help create a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service inside our restaurant. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Operate POS systems, sales transactions, and cash handling Provide friendly customer service by taking orders and answering questions Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, dining space, and food prep stations through regular bussing and sanitation practices Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Experience Prior experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or café environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset Pay Pay starts at $12/hour plus tips To Apply Please email pisanelloshiring@gmail.com to schedule an interview, or swing by the restaurant to grab an application!
