Role:

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of kitchen experience, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of quality and food safety.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of our deli sandwiches and jerky. Support and follow direction from the Jerky Manager in daily operations. Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are always followed. Work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Lead by example to foster a positive and productive kitchen environment.

Requirements:

Ability to multitask and work independently. Detail-oriented and committed to following procedures. Familiarity with food safety protocols (Serve Safe certification preferred, or willing to obtain within 6 months). Weekend and evening availability required. Strong reliability—if you have a history of no-call/no-shows, please do not apply.
