Job OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality meals to our guests. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in food handling and meal preparation, with a keen interest in serving up meals of excellence. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including all food storage areas. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Communicate and coordinate with front of house and fellow kitchen crew team. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary. Support a fast-paced workflow with attention to timing and presentation. Take pride in every plate executed and served to guests. Assist with dishwashing, stocking and general back-of -house duties as needed. Competencies we are seeking A strong work ethic and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure. Team-oriented mindset. Reliability and punctuality. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
