Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining spaces, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Skills Experience in food preparation and food handling within quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations in a restaurant or café environment Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is highly valued Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
