Responsibilities Assist in menu planning and meal preparation, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and dietary guidelines Prepare and serve food with precision, showcasing strong knife skills and culinary techniques Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen Contribute to catering events and large-scale food service operations, maintaining efficiency and quality Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations at all times Provide excellent customer service by serving meals professionally and courteously to guests or residents Skills Proven culinary experience, including food preparation, cooking, and food handling skills, but not necessary. We will train. Background in food service environments such as restaurants or catering operations is a plus but will train the right candidate.
