Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Crew Chief to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As the Kitchen Crew Chief, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and manage staff to create a seamless dining experience. This role is perfect for a motivated leader with a passion for culinary excellence, team management, and hospitality management. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficient kitchen workflows, controlling inventory, and fostering a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation, cooking, and presentation in line with company standards. Oversee food safety practices, including proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to health regulations. Coordinate shift management duties such as scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely service during peak hours. Train new team members on food production techniques, safety protocols, POS systems, and customer service expectations. Maintain high standards of quality control for all food items served while ensuring consistency across shifts. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants. Experience working in casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster teamwork. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
