Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Crew Member and become the heart of our fast-paced, customer-focused environment! Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at shift end Assist with food handling tasks like bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring quick service during busy hours Support team members with food preparation, packaging orders, and ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and cleaning Experience in retail or grocery store environments is advantageous but not mandatory Join us today to be part of a vibrant team that values energy, dedication, and a passion for great food!
