Responsibilities Assist Café Manager and / or lead in ensuring that food and beverage items are prepared and serviced according to recipes Clean and maintain all assigned areas throughout shift, keeping all "First Guest Fresh" Work individually and with the team to surpass expectations in an efficient, motivated, and positive can-do manner. Adhere to all company recipes and safe food handling procedures Provide timely, courteous, and professional service to all guests Follow all health and safety standards, policies, and initiatives All other duties as may be assigned Requirements Knowledge of food preparation, storage, sanitation, and commercial kitchen equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment and in proximity of other people Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting will be required. Always maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to ensure an excellent guest experience. ServSafe and / or state food handler certification Must be a minimum of 18 years of age Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Education & Experience Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:
