Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, food prep, and ensuring proper storage practices Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks like serving customers, food prep, and order delivery Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels great guest experiences!
