Dairy Queen Crew Member

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
• Process transactions using the Aloha POS system
• Upsell menu items to increase sales revenue
• Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure food safety
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill customer orders promptly

Skills:

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Ability to upsell products and increase sales
• Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
• Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
• Familiarity with culinary terms and kitchen operations
• Ability to perform bussing duties effectively
• Understanding of food safety practices and ability to sanitate work areas
