Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a friendly and engaging atmosphere Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions smoothly and efficiently Prepare simple food items according to established recipes and safety standards, supporting kitchen staff as needed Handle cash and card payments with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, counters, and food prep stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies to ensure a tidy environment at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in a café or retail grocery environment is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier service!
