Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with accuracy. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment following food safety regulations. Assist with food handling tasks including bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Manage cash register transactions efficiently while accurately handling cash, credit cards, and receipts. Support team members in food preparation, quick service delivery, and ensuring a smooth flow during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to communicate clearly. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
