What You'll Do Responsibilities may include: Oversee food, beverages, and supplies while ensuring every menu item meets Arby's high standards for quality, freshness, and presentation. Ensure every guest leaves happy by resolving concerns quickly and consistently deliver Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service. Operate according to Arby's performance, profit, and operating standards. Bring positivity, teamwork, and a shared commitment to achieving company goals. Adapt to business needs and perform assigned duties to ensure smooth, successful operations. What You Bring Previous experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality enviornment A positive attitude and genuine passion for great guest service Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced restaurant environment Dependability and pride in showing up in uniform, ready to work as part of a team Ability to follow safety, food handling, and cleanliness standards Strong communication skills and attention to detail Commitment to upholding Arby's values of Quality, Friendliness, and Speed of Service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred.
