Role:
The Prep Cook plays a crucial role in the kitchen by ensuring that all ingredients are prepped and ready for the cooking staff, which directly impacts the efficiency and quality of food service. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. The Prep Cook will work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness, and support the overall kitchen operations. By executing tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring ingredients, the Prep Cook helps to streamline the cooking process. Ultimately, this role contributes to delivering high-quality meals to customers in a timely manner, enhancing their dining experience.

Experience with various cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and chop vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as per the menu requirements. Assist in marinating and seasoning meats and other proteins. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals.
