EXPEDITOR (EXPO) - KITCHEN COMMAND Blackbeard's Grill & Steam Bar - Beaufort, NC This is one of the most important positions in the building. The expo controls the pass. The pass controls the night. We're looking for someone with real kitchen experience who can read tickets fast, think ahead, and keep food moving clean, hot, and on time. If you can handle pressure, communicate clearly, and take charge without ego—this is your spot.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Managing the ticket board and coordinating multiple orders at once Calling tickets clearly and keeping the kitchen organized Checking plates for accuracy, quality, and presentation Running food when needed and keeping flow moving Acting as the bridge between kitchen and front of house

PAY:

$12.00 - $14.00/hour base + tip pool Strong expeditors make $16 - $20+ per hour total

Has kitchen experience (line cook or strong expo background) Can track multiple tickets and large orders without getting lost Communicates clearly, calmly, and with authority Stays composed under pressure — no panic Works well with the team and earns respect

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
