Tuesday-Saturday, approximately 35 hours per week

Shift:

2:00 PM until close We're looking for a sharp, dependable Food Preparer to run our cold station. This is a key role in our kitchen—responsible for executing salads, plating desserts, and maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation during a high-volume service. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in clean, organized work and can stay calm and focused while handling multiple tickets at once.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and plate all salads with consistency and attention to detail Assemble and present desserts to spec Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked cold station Follow recipes and plating standards exactly Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Handle multiple orders efficiently without sacrificing quality Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
