Job Description

Supperland is seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented full-time pastry cook who takes pride in their craft and is committed to maintaining high standards in a chef-driven kitchen. Recognized nationally and recommended by the Michelin Guide, Supperland operates with a focus on consistency, technique, and respect for quality ingredients. This is a scratch kitchen environment where fundamentals matter—product is handled with care, systems are followed, and execution is expected at a high level every day. The primary role of this position is to help in prep and production of our pastry program, plate for service, and work side by side with our pastry team! About Us Supperland is part of the Tonidandel-Brown Restaurant Group with restaurants across Charlotte, including Supperland, Ever Andalo, Growlers Pourhouse, Olivelli Deli, and Leluia Hall. Three of our concepts (Supperland, Haberdish, and Ever Andalo) are Michelin-recommended. Responsibilities Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report, and follow executive or sous chef's instructions Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests Skills Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Familiar with industry's best practices
Compensation & Benefits:
