Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area for customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing workstations. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation. Requirements Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cash handling is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours.
