Job Overview As a Line Cook / BOH Team Member, you will: Prepare and cook food, ensuring the highest standards in a fast-paced kitchen Assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately Support the kitchen team and ensure each guest leaves satisfied Take on various roles including prep, expediting, and working on the line Job Description We are looking for team members who: Have a passion for food Are highly organized and process-oriented Are hands-on and ready to jump in and help teammates Are willing to learn and take direction Requirements College/Culinary degree and/or comparable experience in a professional kitchen Desire to work in a creative, passionate kitchen Minimum of 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience Advanced knife handling skills Understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards Strong organizational skills

Average Rate:

REQUIREMENTS

Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus
