ob Description Savor the Moment Dessert Bar is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Back Stock & Prep Specialist to support daily operations and ensure the store is fully prepared before peak service hours. This is a key behind-the-scenes role responsible for organization, preparation, and execution. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, operates with a sense of urgency, and understands the importance of being fully prepared before customers arrive. Responsibilities Prepare and stock the dessert display case prior to opening Replenish back stock to support peak-hour operations Restock and organize beverage and supply areas Prepare and stage items needed for service (toppings, packaging, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and labeled stockroom Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages proactively Ensure all prep and stocking is completed before peak hours Requirements Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and stay on task Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and move inventory as needed Previous food service, prep, or stock experience preferred
