Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, as it will aid in processing orders efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting are essential.
