Job Description:

Prepares a variety of products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. Adherence to CSC standards for recipes, Speed of Service (SOS) goals and products is required and must maintain kitchen cleanliness/sanitation standards.

Responsibilities:

Understand & adhere/comply to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. Ensure that all products are consistently prepared and served according to CSC standards. Achieve identified objectives for sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
