Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for efficient order processing. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with a friendly demeanor. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food handling practices. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests. Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
