Full Job Description Job Description:
Must be 16 or over to apply. Must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities include:
Ensures quality presentation of food. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, food prep area, refrigerator, freezer and dry storage. Ensures all kitchen equipment is operating properly. Tracks inventory Properly reports any problems to management for appropriate action.

Work and communicate effectively with others Work independently and meet time schedules Work weekends, special events, and holidays as needed Maintain proper sanitation regulations and food handling guidelines Reliable transportation Operate kitchen equipment ServSafe certification preferred.
