Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment at our quick service fast food restaurant. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. You will work collaboratively with your team to create a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders and answering questions about menu items. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handling transactions with care. Prepare and serve food items in accordance with food safety guidelines, ensuring quality and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations. Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in training programs to improve skills related to sales, time management, and food safety. Skills Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards within the food industry. Experience working in a kitchen or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. A helpful attitude with a willingness to assist both customers and team members as needed.
