This role is perfect for someone passionate about food service and customer interaction, eager to contribute to a lively, fast-paced environment. As a key team member, you will deliver exceptional service while supporting food preparation, sales, and overall restaurant operations. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and ensure accurate register balancing at the end of shifts. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations. Assist with bussing tables, food handling, and ensuring a clean environment for both customers and staff.
