Job Summary:
Moe's Original BBQ is a fast paced fun evnironment to work. Come use your culinary skills to make good food for good people and enjoy the team you work with. We urge you to come see for yourself what the Moe's family is all about if you are not familiar. You will learn knife skills, pit skills, smell all the good smells from a smokehouse, and hopefully genuinely enjoy who you work with. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent customer service. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and guidelines
  • Assist with banquet and catering food preparation as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with guest inquiries and requests
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
