Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and specials
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role in the food industry
• Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety regulations
• Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
