Kitchen Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team Member. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the manager
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Stock inventory and rotate food items to ensure freshness
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry or hospitality preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and cooking techniques (we will teach you)
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as by yourself and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic understanding of food safety practices and procedures
