Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their ordering process using a Clover POS system. Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments accurately, and giving correct change. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area is inviting and hygienic. Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to sanitation standards to ensure food safety compliance. Assist in basic food preparation tasks in the kitchen or café area as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations. Wash and sanitize restaurant dishes. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants. Familiarity with POS systems efficient transactions. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between front and back of house. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and cash handling accuracy. Experience with restaurant operations including serving, bussing, and kitchen support is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
