Job Description

Job description: Exceed guests Expectations!! Provide quick, and friendly customer service to our guests within the store and the car wash. Oversees all aspects of site. Work hard, Build relationships & Love people.
General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
⦁ Retain and create new guest relations. ⦁ Must be proficient in all opening and closing tasks. ⦁ Must be able to open store or close 7 days a week and work designated hours per week. ⦁ Maintain Grounds, Vacs & Car Wash. ⦁ Maintain maintenance logs, inventory and reports as needed. ⦁ Communicate good news, bad news, breakdowns, etc with management. ⦁ Implement & Enforce policies, procedures and the handbook to all team members. ⦁ Be "Present" at all leadership meetings, fully engaged in discussion to better the company, and willing to immediately follow through on implementing new ideas with your Team.
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
⦁ Site Leadership ⦁ Enter & Process daily paperwork Including Timely Reporting on all extra reports. ⦁ Keep Tommy App current and updated ⦁ Process Monthly Club entries and reconciliation ⦁ Forecasting, Scheduling and Feedback ⦁ Provide Feedback to ownership on new camera app ⦁ Positional training and delegation ⦁ Car Wash Management Assistance
  • ⦁ All Aspects of Customer Incident Reports ⦁ Checklists
  • update, maintain, add extra tasks, be sure they get completed. ⦁ Detergent & Wash Supply ordering ⦁ Walk Thru List
  • perform and enforce, follow up on issues ⦁ Oversee wash cleaning and bring attention to any required maintenance.
Enforce the Wash Cleaning List. ⦁ Exceeding guests' expectations in Wash Quality ⦁ Detergent ratios and volumetrics ⦁ Be responsible for daily maintenance of wash. ⦁ Ensure every Team Member follows Franchise Script when engaging with Guests ⦁ Ensure all Team Members utilize communication headsets ⦁ Team Leadership
