This position plays a major role in helping keep our food truck fully stocked, organized, and ready for service each day. We're looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced kitchen environment, pays attention to detail, stays organized, and takes pride in helping a team succeed behind the scenes. Job Responsibilities Roll and portion fresh burger balls for daily service Slice and prep onions and other basic ingredients Portion pickles and sauces into containers Wash dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep prep stations, coolers, and kitchen areas clean and organized Assist with stocking and organizing inventory Load prepared food and supplies into the food truck/trailer at the end of shift Help ensure prep lists are completed accurately and efficiently Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times Assist with weekly deep cleaning of the food truck and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and health standards Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Flexible scheduling opportunities Team-oriented work environment Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing local food business Work alone in self paced environment Schedule Part-time Daytime prep shifts Weekend availability may be needed during busy seasons Location Commercial Kitchen - La Vista, Nebraska Area If you enjoy working around food, staying busy, and being part of a growing local brand, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift would finish right after truck loading. (Truck is 8.4 Miles from Kitchen) Do you have Kitchen Prep experience? Are you okay with working alone? Are you okay with doing a once a week a thorough Deep Cleaning on the food truck? Washing Walls, Floors, Sink, Tables Etc.
