Job Description
Overview Join our team at Ledge Brewing company. We are a small Kitchen that focuses on scratch made tacos. We offer competive wages plus tips! Open Wednesday-Sunday Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients for various dishes Support cooking processes by following recipes and safety guidelines to ensure quality and consistency Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Aid in meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service during busy periods Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to meet health standards Support menu planning efforts by preparing ingredients for upcoming meals or special events Contribute to catering services by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring smooth service flow Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Basic knife skills and proficiency in food preparation methods Experience working in restaurants or the food industry is a plus Knowledge of menu planning, cooking, and meal preparation processes Strong understanding of kitchen safety procedures and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment We're committed to fostering a lively work environment where your contributions make a difference every day!
