Responsibilities Kitchen Duties Prepare menu items according to Pizza Lisa standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning tasks. Ensure every order is made accurately and consistently. Customer Service Duties Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Take orders accurately in person and over the phone. Answer questions about menu items and specials. Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously. Help create a positive experience that keeps customers coming back. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is required. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills. Dependable transportation and a reliable attendance record. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
