• ## General Responsibilities (All Positions):
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures

Position-Specific Responsibilities:

### Line Cook

• Prepare and cook menu items (pasta, grill, sauté, salad)
• Set up and maintain cooking stations
• Follow recipes and food safety standards ### Server
• Take orders and serve food and beverages
• Provide attentive and friendly service
• Handle payments and ensure guest satisfaction ### Busser
• Clear and reset tables quickly
• Assist servers and maintain dining area cleanliness ### Bartender
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock
• Check IDs and follow alcohol regulations ### Host / Hostess
• Greet and seat guests
• Manage reservations and waitlists
• Provide a welcoming first impression ### Manager
• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage staff and schedules
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
• Maintain inventory and restaurant standards

Safety & Sanitation:

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain proper food handling and storage
• Prevent cross-contamination
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized
• Use equipment safely and report hazards immediately
• Follow all health department regulations

Qualifications:
