Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards and food safety protocols Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen operations as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions and retail math tasks Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or related roles in the food industry or retail environments Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Basic kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not required Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences!
