This role combines hands-on food preparation, team leadership, and operational management to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared efficiently and to high-quality standards using equipment like fryers, grills, and food prep stations Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Supervise team members during shifts, providing training on food safety, food handling, customer service, and operational procedures Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding new staff, and supporting their ongoing training & development Lead shift management activities including scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels for busy periods Experience Prior experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with a focus on food preparation and customer service Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within the food industry or hospitality management setting Knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices in food handling and kitchen management Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Background in culinary arts or restaurant management with fine dining or catering experience is a plus Proven ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction Strong communication skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and shift management Join us to be part of a lively team where your leadership skills and culinary expertise will shine!
