Job Description
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while assisting in various operational tasks. Duties Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing change as necessary. Assist in food handling, including bussing tables and ensuring proper disposal of waste. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of both staff and customers. Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques. Requirements Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
