Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and organizing ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations Support cooking activities under the guidance of chefs and kitchen supervisors to maintain high-quality standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests Serve food and beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate orders and timely service Handle food handling responsibilities with care, adhering strictly to safety protocols to prevent contamination or spoilage Collaborate with team members to support banquet events, special functions, or large group service needs Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels Communicate effectively with guests and team members to deliver excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is required Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with banquet service, bussing, cooking, or hotel operations is a plus Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are vital for working effectively within a team environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed during shifts Prior kitchen experience or culinary background will be beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate A commitment to hospitality excellence and guest services is essential for success in this role Join us today and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
