Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, particularly in crafting delicious meals that meet our high standards of quality and taste. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for use in pizza making. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and tools. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management for ordering supplies. Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times. Assist in catering events as needed, showcasing culinary skills beyond the standard menu. Experience Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred, with a focus on Italian Mexican and American cooking or fine dining being a plus. Familiarity with food handling standards and safety regulations is essential. Proficiency in using kitchen tools, including knives, mixers, and ovens is required. Experience in catering or large-scale food preparation is advantageous but not mandatory. A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes that delight customers is highly valued.
