Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Crew Members / Team Members to join our Collective Crew. In this role, you'll play an essential part in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service while keeping our space clean and inviting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the restaurant, quick service, or hospitality industry while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. What You'll Do Prepare and serve food items following recipes, quality, and presentation standards (kitchen staff duties, line cook prep, food handler). Operate POS systems (cashier/register) including Aloha or Micros to process orders quickly and accurately. Deliver outstanding front of house customer service—greet guests, take orders, and assist with menu selections. Suggest and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase restaurant sales. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately in line with company cash-handling policies. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with bussing tables, dishwashing, and keeping the dining area clean and organized. Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and managers to keep operations smooth during peak hours. Follow uniform and grooming standards to present a professional appearance. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment with a strong work ethic and upbeat attitude. What We're Looking For Previous experience in restaurant, fast food, barista, or café jobs preferred but not required. Familiarity with food prep, food handling, and food safety practices is helpful. Comfort using point-of-sale systems / cash register experience is a plus. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cashiering skills for accurate transactions. Culinary, cook, or kitchen experience is a bonus—but training is provided.
