Crew Member (prep area and grill area)

Overview:

Join our team as a Crew Member. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while contributing to the overall success of our team.

Duties:

• Working in our prep area, prepping and cooking carbs and sides. Along with assembling meals in a urgent efficient manner
• Prepare food in compliance with health and safety standards
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
• Operate POS systems to process customer orders accurately
• Stock and replenish inventory as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Follow food safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality
• Knowledge of food service operations is advantageous
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Commitment to upholding food safety standards
