Duties Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for cooking or serving Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing surfaces Support chefs and cooks with cooking tasks, following safety and quality standards Handle food safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations Help serve guests efficiently during busy hours, providing friendly and attentive customer service Support banquet events by setting up, serving, and clearing food stations as needed Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards Experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Hospitality background or hotel experience is a plus, along with banquet service skills Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest services with a positive attitude Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences!
